TifoMaker is an independent project made and run by one person — an individual developer, not a company. Throughout these pages "I", "me", and "my" mean that developer, and "you" means you, the person using the site.
In the spirit of being fully open: parts of TifoMaker — including some of its code and these documents — were created with the help of AI tools, then reviewed by me. I mention this so you know exactly what this project is: a genuine solo effort, made with modern tools.
TifoMaker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, federation, or stadium. Any stadium shapes or names are generic references.
You can reach me about anything on this page — questions, privacy requests, or reports — at osamah9070@gmail.com.
By using TifoMaker ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
You can use the design tools without an account and without giving me any personal information. To create an account (needed for the AI Designer, saving, and the community), you must be at least 18 years old. By making an account you confirm you are 18 or older.
TifoMaker lets you design stadium tifo choreographies, preview them in 3D, optionally generate designs with AI, and export materials. It's offered as‑is, and I may change, limit, or stop features at any time — it's a project run by one person.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Please give accurate information and let me know if you think someone else is using your account.
You keep ownership of the designs and content you create. You are responsible for what you make and for making sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos, badges, or marks you include. By publishing content on the site (for example to the community), you give me permission to store and display it for the purpose of running the site. You can delete your content or your account at any time.
AI‑generated designs are produced by automated tools and come with no guarantee of accuracy, originality, or that they don't resemble something else. You're responsible for reviewing AI output and for how you use it. AI use may be limited or require a plan in the future, and it must not be used to create anything banned in the Acceptable Use section.
Your use of the site is subject to the Acceptable Use rules. I can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break them.
The site's own software and branding belong to me. Please don't copy or misuse them. I respect intellectual property and expect the same from you — if you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email osamah9070@gmail.com and I'll review it and remove anything that shouldn't be there.
Right now the site is free. If paid features are added later, the price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and payments would be handled by a trusted third‑party provider — I would not store your card details.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. I can't promise it will always work, be error‑free, or be uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or content, arising from your use of the site. Since the site is free, my total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to any amount you actually paid me (which today is nothing).
If your content or your use of the site causes a claim against me from someone else, you agree to be responsible for it.
I may suspend or close access to protect the site, its users, or to follow the law, or if these terms or the Acceptable Use rules are broken.
I may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is handled by its competent courts.
Questions about these terms: osamah9070@gmail.com.
I try to collect as little as possible. This explains what I collect and why, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and similar good practice.
TifoMaker is run by one individual developer. For any privacy question or request, email osamah9070@gmail.com.
To run the site and your account, verify your email, keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, send you important account emails (verification, password reset), and — only with your consent — to measure and improve the site.
A few trusted services help run TifoMaker and may process some data on my behalf: web hosting, an email service (for verification and password‑reset messages), the AI provider (which processes your prompts when you use the AI Designer), and, only if you consent, analytics. I don't sell your data to anyone.
I will comply with valid, lawful requests from competent authorities, and may disclose information where the law requires it or where it's needed to protect safety or rights. I won't hand over more than what's lawfully required.
I keep personal data only as long as it's needed or required by law. You can delete your content or your account at any time. Subject to the law, you can also ask me to show you, correct, or delete your data, or to stop certain uses — just email osamah9070@gmail.com.
Accounts are for people 18 and older, and I don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given me personal data, email me and I'll delete it.
I use reasonable measures (like password hashing and encrypted connections) to protect data, though no method is perfectly secure. Some of the services above may process data in other countries.
