TifoMaker is an independent project made and run by one person: an individual developer, not a company. Throughout these pages "I", "me", and "my" mean that developer, and "you" means you, the person using the site.
Built with the help of AI
In the spirit of being fully open: parts of TifoMaker (including some of its code and these documents) were created with the help of AI tools, then reviewed by me. I mention this so you know exactly what this project is: a genuine solo effort, made with modern tools.
TifoMaker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, federation, or stadium. Any stadium shapes or names are generic references.

Terms of Use
By using TifoMaker ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Who can use it
You can use the design tools without an account and without giving me any personal information. To create an account (needed for the AI Designer, saving, and the community), you must be at least 18 years old. By making an account you confirm you are 18 or older.
2. What the site does
TifoMaker lets you design stadium tifo choreographies, preview them in 3D, optionally generate designs with AI, and export materials. It's offered as‑is, and I may change, limit, or stop features at any time, it's a project run by one person.
3. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Please give accurate information and let me know if you think someone else is using your account.
4. Your content is yours, and your responsibility
You keep ownership of the designs and content you create. You are responsible for what you make and for making sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos, badges, or marks you include. By publishing content on the site (for example to the community), you give me permission to store and display it for the purpose of running the site. You can delete your content or your account at any time.
5. AI features
AI‑generated designs are produced by automated tools and come with no guarantee of accuracy, originality, or that they don't resemble something else. You're responsible for reviewing AI output and for how you use it. AI use may be limited or require a plan in the future, and it must not be used to create anything banned in the Acceptable Use section.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of the site is subject to the Acceptable Use rules. I can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break them.
7. Other people's rights
The site's own software and branding belong to me. Please don't copy or misuse them. I respect intellectual property and expect the same from you: if you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email report it by email and I'll review it and remove anything that shouldn't be there.
8. Payments
Right now the site is free. If paid features are added later, the price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and payments would be handled by a trusted third‑party provider, I would not store your card details.
9. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. I can't promise it will always work, be error‑free, or be uninterrupted.
10. Limit of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or content, arising from your use of the site. Since the site is free, my total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to any amount you actually paid me (which today is nothing).
11. You cover your own use
If your content or your use of the site causes a claim against me from someone else, you agree to be responsible for it.
12. Suspension
I may suspend or close access to protect the site, its users, or to follow the law, or if these terms or the Acceptable Use rules are broken.
13. Changes
I may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
14. Law
These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is handled by its competent courts.

Privacy
I try to collect as little as possible. This explains what I collect and why, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and similar good practice.
Who's responsible
TifoMaker is run by one individual developer. For any privacy question or request, email email your request.
What I collect
- If you make an account: your email address, a username, and a securely hashed password (I never see your actual password).
- What you create: the designs and any text or images you make or upload.
- Audience measurement (no cookie, no consent needed): for each page view I store a small set of non‑identifying facts: which site or search engine linked you here (the website name only, never the full address or anything you searched for), any campaign tag in the link, the page you opened, whether you're on a phone or a computer, your browser's main language, and your country when my hosting provides it. Your IP address is never stored. It is combined once, in memory, with a secret that is regenerated every day and never written to disk, to produce a one‑way code that lets me count returning visits within a single day. Because the secret changes daily and is never saved, that code cannot be turned back into you, and it cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next. The code is deleted entirely after two days, leaving only totals. This sets nothing on your device, so there is nothing here to consent to, and it is used only to understand where visitors come from. Never advertising, never profiling, never shared or sold.
- Usage analytics (only if you agree): if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner, the site also records which steps of the editor a browsing session reached, so I can see where people get stuck. Choose "Essential only" and none of this runs.
- Basic technical logs: my hosting provider records ordinary web‑server logs, which include IP address and browser details, for a short period. These keep the site running and secure (spotting outages and blocking abuse) and are not used for analytics.
Why I use it
To run the site and your account, verify your email, keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and send you important account emails (verification, password reset). Separately, to understand how many people visit and where they come from, so I know whether the site is worth continuing: that part uses no cookie and no personal data, as described above, and it is never used for advertising, profiling or personalisation. The extra in‑editor usage stats run only if you consent.
Who else is involved
A few trusted services help run TifoMaker and may process some data on my behalf: web hosting, an email service (for verification and password‑reset messages), and the AI provider (which processes your prompts when you use the AI Designer). Cloudflare sits in front of the site as a content delivery and security network: every request to the site passes through it, including your IP address and the address of the page you ask for, so that pages load quickly and attacks are stopped. Cloudflare processes this on my behalf under its own privacy policy, and keeps copies only of the site's public files, never your account or your private designs. There is no third‑party analytics company, no Google Analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind. All measurement described above happens on my own server and the results go nowhere else. I don't sell your data to anyone.
Lawful requests
I will comply with valid, lawful requests from competent authorities, and may disclose information where the law requires it or where it's needed to protect safety or rights. I won't hand over more than what's lawfully required.
Keeping it / your choices
I keep personal data only as long as it's needed or required by law. Expired sign-in sessions, and email links and codes that have been used or have expired, are deleted automatically. Notifications you have read are deleted after 180 days, except notices that someone followed you or posted, which are kept so the same notice is never sent twice. Records of AI Designer requests and of share-button presses are kept for 400 days, then reduced to daily totals that identify no one; the only exception is how many times an account reached the AI limit, which is kept until that account is deleted. Page-view records are kept for 180 days. You can delete your content or your account at any time. Subject to the law, you can also ask me to show you, correct, or delete your data, or to stop certain uses, just email email the developer.
Children
Accounts are for people 18 and older, and I don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given me personal data, email me and I'll delete it.
Security & transfers
I use reasonable measures (like password hashing and encrypted connections) to protect data, though no method is perfectly secure. Some of the services above may process data in other countries.

Acceptable Use
To keep TifoMaker safe and lawful, you agree not to create, upload, generate, publish, or share anything that:
- Breaks the law or helps others break it.
- Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against people or groups, or shows terrorist or violent‑extremist symbols or support.
- Is sexual in nature, and absolutely nothing that sexualizes or exploits minors. This is a zero‑tolerance rule and will be reported to the authorities.
- Harasses, threatens, defames, or invades someone's privacy.
- Infringes anyone's intellectual property, trademarks, or other rights (including club or sponsor logos you don't have the right to use).
- Impersonates a person, club, or organization, or pretends to be officially affiliated.
- Contains malware, or tries to break, overload, scrape, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site, or to get around AI usage limits.
TifoMaker is an independent platform and isn't affiliated with any club, league, or stadium.
Reporting & enforcement
If you see something that breaks these rules, email email the developer. I may remove content, limit features, or close accounts that break them, and I cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

تيفو ميكر مشروع مستقل يصنعه ويديره شخص واحد: مطوّر فردي، مو شركة. في كل هذي الصفحات، «أنا» و«لي» تعني هذا المطوّر، و«أنت» تعني الشخص اللي يستخدم الموقع.
مبني بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي
من باب الوضوح الكامل: أجزاء من تيفو ميكر (منها بعض الكود وهذي المستندات) اتصنعت بمساعدة أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي، وبعدها راجعتها بنفسي. أذكر هذا عشان تعرف بالضبط وش هذا المشروع: جهد فردي حقيقي، بأدوات حديثة.
تيفو ميكر ما له أي ارتباط أو رعاية أو اعتماد من أي نادي أو دوري أو اتحاد أو ملعب. وأي أشكال أو أسماء ملاعب هي إشارات عامة فقط.
تقدر توصل لي بخصوص أي شي في هذي الصفحة (أسئلة، طلبات خصوصية، أو بلاغات) عبر مراسلة المطوّر.
شروط الاستخدام
باستخدامك تيفو ميكر («الموقع») فأنت توافق على هذي الشروط. وإذا ما توافق عليها، فالرجاء عدم استخدام الموقع.
1. مين يقدر يستخدمه
تقدر تستخدم أدوات التصميم بدون حساب وبدون ما تعطيني أي معلومات شخصية. وعشان تنشئ حساب (وهو مطلوب لمصمّم الذكاء الاصطناعي والحفظ والمجتمع) لازم يكون عمرك 18 سنة فأكثر. وبإنشائك حساب فأنت تؤكد إن عمرك 18 سنة فأكثر.
2. وش يسوّي الموقع
تيفو ميكر يخليك تصمّم عروض تيفو للمدرجات، وتعاينها ثلاثية الأبعاد، وتولّد تصاميم بالذكاء الاصطناعي إذا حبيت، وتصدّر مواد التنفيذ. الموقع مقدَّم «كما هو»، وأقدر أغيّر أو أحدّ أو أوقف أي ميزة في أي وقت، لأنه مشروع يديره شخص واحد.
3. حسابك
أنت مسؤول عن حسابك وعن حماية كلمة مرورك. الرجاء إعطاء معلومات صحيحة، وإبلاغي إذا شكيت إن أحد ثاني يستخدم حسابك.
4. محتواك لك، وأنت مسؤول عنه
تبقى ملكية التصاميم والمحتوى اللي تنشئه لك. وأنت مسؤول عن اللي تصنعه وعن التأكد إن عندك الحق في استخدام أي نص أو صورة أو شعار أو علامة تضيفها. وبنشرك محتوى على الموقع (مثلاً في المجتمع) فأنت تعطيني إذن بتخزينه وعرضه لغرض تشغيل الموقع. وتقدر تحذف محتواك أو حسابك في أي وقت.
5. مزايا الذكاء الاصطناعي
التصاميم المولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي تنتجها أدوات آلية، وما فيه ضمان لدقتها ولا أصالتها ولا إنها ما تشبه شي ثاني. وأنت مسؤول عن مراجعة مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي وعن طريقة استخدامك لها. وقد يُحدّ استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي أو يتطلب اشتراك مستقبلاً، ولا يجوز استخدامه لإنشاء أي شي ممنوع في قسم الاستخدام المقبول.
6. الاستخدام المقبول
استخدامك للموقع يخضع لقواعد الاستخدام المقبول. وأقدر أحذف المحتوى وأعلّق أو أغلق الحسابات اللي تخالفها.
7. حقوق الآخرين
برمجيات الموقع وهويته البصرية ملك لي. الرجاء عدم نسخها أو إساءة استخدامها. وأنا أحترم الملكية الفكرية وأتوقع منك نفس الشي: إذا تعتقد إن شي في الموقع ينتهك حقوقك، راسلني على البريد للتبليغ وبراجعه وبشيل أي شي ما المفروض يكون موجود.
8. المدفوعات
الموقع حاليًا مجاني. وإذا أُضيفت مزايا مدفوعة لاحقًا، فالسعر والشروط بتُعرض بوضوح قبل الدفع، والمدفوعات بتتم عبر مزوّد خارجي موثوق، وما بخزّن بيانات بطاقتك.
9. بلا ضمانات
الموقع مقدَّم «كما هو» و«حسب توفره»، بدون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. وما أقدر أوعدك إنه بيشتغل دائمًا أو بيكون خالي من الأخطاء أو بدون انقطاع.
10. حدود المسؤولية
بالقدر اللي يسمح به النظام، أنا غير مسؤول عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا عن فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح أو المحتوى الناتج عن استخدامك للموقع. وبما إن الموقع مجاني، فإن مسؤوليتي الإجمالية تجاهك عن أي مطالبة محدودة بالمبلغ اللي دفعته لي فعليًا (وهو اليوم لا شيء).
11. تحمّلك لاستخدامك
إذا تسبّب محتواك أو استخدامك للموقع في مطالبة ضدي من طرف ثالث، فأنت توافق على تحمّل مسؤوليتها.
12. الإيقاف
أقدر أعلّق أو أغلق الوصول لحماية الموقع أو مستخدميه أو للامتثال للنظام، أو عند مخالفة هذي الشروط أو قواعد الاستخدام المقبول.
13. التعديلات
أقدر أحدّث هذي الشروط، وبيتغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث». واستمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.
14. النظام المطبّق
تخضع هذي الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وأي نزاع تختص به محاكمها المختصة.

الخصوصية
أحاول أجمع أقل قدر ممكن. هنا أوضّح وش أجمع وليش، بما يتماشى مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) والممارسات المشابهة.
المسؤول
يدير تيفو ميكر مطوّر فردي واحد. لأي سؤال أو طلب يخص الخصوصية، راسلني على البريد لإرسال طلبك.
وش أجمع
- إذا أنشأت حساب: بريدك الإلكتروني، واسم مستخدم، وكلمة مرور مشفّرة بأمان (وأنا ما أشوف كلمة مرورك الحقيقية أبدًا).
- اللي تنشئه: التصاميم وأي نصوص أو صور تصنعها أو ترفعها.
- قياس الزيارات (بدون كوكيز وبدون موافقة): لكل زيارة صفحة أخزّن مجموعة صغيرة من المعلومات غير المعرّفة: أي موقع أو محرك بحث وصّلك هنا (اسم الموقع فقط، وأبدًا مو العنوان الكامل ولا اللي بحثت عنه)، وأي وسم حملة في الرابط، والصفحة اللي فتحتها، وهل أنت على جوال أو كمبيوتر، ولغة متصفحك الأساسية، ودولتك إذا وفّرها مزوّد الاستضافة. عنوان الـ IP حقك ما يُخزَّن أبدًا. يُدمج مرة واحدة، في الذاكرة، مع سرّ يُعاد توليده كل يوم وما يُكتب على القرص، عشان ينتج رمز أحادي الاتجاه يخليني أعدّ الزيارات المتكررة خلال اليوم الواحد. وبما إن السرّ يتغيّر يوميًا وما يُحفظ أبدًا، فهذا الرمز ما يمكن إرجاعه إليك، ولا يمكن استخدامه لتتبعك من يوم لليوم اللي بعده. ويُحذف الرمز كامل بعد يومين، وما يبقى إلا الإجماليات. هذا ما يضع أي شي على جهازك، فما فيه شي توافق عليه، ويُستخدم فقط لمعرفة من وين يجي الزوار. أبدًا مو للإعلانات، ولا لبناء ملفات عنك، ولا يُشارك ولا يُباع.
- تحليلات الاستخدام (فقط إذا وافقت): إذا اخترت «قبول الكل» في شريط الكوكيز، فالموقع يسجّل كمان أي خطوات من المحرر وصلت لها الجلسة، عشان أعرف وين يعلق الناس. وإذا اخترت «الأساسية فقط» فما يشتغل أي شي من هذا.
- سجلات تقنية أساسية: مزوّد الاستضافة يسجّل سجلات خادم ويب عادية، وتشمل عنوان IP وتفاصيل المتصفح، لفترة قصيرة. هذي تحافظ على تشغيل الموقع وأمانه (اكتشاف الأعطال ومنع الإساءة) وما تُستخدم للتحليلات.
ليش أستخدمها
لتشغيل الموقع وحسابك، والتحقق من بريدك، والحفاظ على أمان الحسابات، ومنع الإساءة، وإرسال رسائل الحساب المهمة لك (التحقق وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور). وبشكل منفصل، لمعرفة كم شخص يزور ومن وين يجون، عشان أعرف هل يستاهل الموقع الاستمرار: وهذا الجزء ما يستخدم أي كوكيز ولا بيانات شخصية كما وُضّح فوق، وما يُستخدم أبدًا للإعلانات أو التصنيف أو التخصيص. أما إحصاءات الاستخدام الإضافية داخل المحرر فما تشتغل إلا بموافقتك.
مين غيري يشارك
فيه خدمات موثوقة قليلة تساعد في تشغيل تيفو ميكر وقد تعالج بعض البيانات نيابة عني: الاستضافة، وخدمة بريد (لرسائل التحقق وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور)، ومزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي (اللي يعالج أوامرك لما تستخدم مصمّم الذكاء الاصطناعي). والموقع يمرّ عبر Cloudflare، وهي شبكة لتوصيل المحتوى وحمايته: كل طلب للموقع يمرّ من خلالها، بما فيه عنوان IP حقّك وعنوان الصفحة اللي تطلبها، عشان تفتح الصفحات بسرعة وتنصدّ الهجمات. وتعالج Cloudflare هذا نيابة عني وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة فيها، وما تحتفظ إلا بنسخ من ملفات الموقع العامة، وأبدًا ما تحتفظ بحسابك ولا بتصاميمك الخاصة. ما فيه أي شركة تحليلات خارجية، ولا Google Analytics، ولا أي بكسلات إعلانات أو تتبّع من أي نوع. وكل القياسات الموضّحة فوق تتم على خادمي الخاص والنتائج ما تروح لأي مكان ثاني. وأنا ما أبيع بياناتك لأحد.
الطلبات النظامية
سألتزم بالطلبات النظامية الصحيحة من الجهات المختصة، وقد أفصح عن معلومات حيث يوجب النظام ذلك أو حيث يكون ضروريًا لحماية السلامة أو الحقوق. ولن أسلّم أكثر مما يوجبه النظام.
مدة الحفظ وخياراتك
أحتفظ بالبيانات الشخصية فقط للمدة اللازمة أو المطلوبة نظامًا. جلسات الدخول المنتهية، وروابط ورموز البريد اللي استُخدمت أو انتهت، تنحذف تلقائيًا. والإشعارات اللي قريتها تنحذف بعد 180 يوم، ما عدا إشعارات المتابعة ومنشورات اللي تتابعهم، نحتفظ فيها عشان ما يوصلك نفس الإشعار مرتين. وسجلات طلبات مصمّم الذكاء الاصطناعي وضغطات أزرار المشاركة تنحفظ 400 يوم، وبعدها تتحوّل لإجماليات يومية ما تحدد أي شخص؛ والاستثناء الوحيد عدد المرات اللي وصل فيها الحساب لحد الذكاء الاصطناعي، ويبقى لين ينحذف الحساب. وسجلات زيارات الصفحات تنحفظ 180 يوم. وتقدر تحذف محتواك أو حسابك في أي وقت. ووفقًا للنظام، تقدر كمان تطلب مني الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو إيقاف استخدامات معيّنة، بس راسلني على بريد المطوّر.
الأطفال
الحسابات مخصصة لمن عمرهم 18 سنة فأكثر، وأنا ما أجمع عن علم بيانات شخصية من أي شخص دون 18. وإذا تعتقد إن قاصر أعطاني بيانات شخصية، راسلني وبحذفها.
الأمان والنقل
أستخدم إجراءات معقولة (مثل تشفير كلمات المرور والاتصالات المشفّرة) لحماية البيانات، مع إن ما فيه طريقة آمنة بشكل كامل. وبعض الخدمات المذكورة فوق قد تعالج البيانات في دول أخرى.

الاستخدام المقبول
عشان يبقى تيفو ميكر آمن ونظامي، أنت توافق على عدم إنشاء أو رفع أو توليد أو نشر أو مشاركة أي شي:
- يخالف النظام أو يساعد غيرك على مخالفته.
- يروّج للكراهية أو التمييز أو العنف ضد أشخاص أو جماعات، أو يعرض رموز أو دعم إرهابي أو متطرف عنيف.
- ذو طابع جنسي، وبشكل قاطع لا شي يُجنسن أو يستغل القاصرين. هذي قاعدة بلا أي تهاون وسيتم التبليغ عنها للجهات المختصة.
- يضايق أو يهدد أو يشهّر أو ينتهك خصوصية أحد.
- ينتهك الملكية الفكرية أو العلامات التجارية أو أي حقوق لأي شخص (بما فيها شعارات الأندية أو الرعاة اللي ما عندك حق استخدامها).
- ينتحل شخصية شخص أو نادي أو جهة، أو يدّعي ارتباط رسمي.
- يحتوي برمجيات خبيثة، أو يحاول كسر الموقع أو إثقاله أو كشطه أو الهندسة العكسية له أو الوصول غير المصرّح له، أو الالتفاف على حدود استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي.
تيفو ميكر منصة مستقلة وما لها ارتباط بأي نادي أو دوري أو ملعب.
التبليغ والتنفيذ
إذا شفت شي يخالف هذي القواعد، راسلني على بريد المطوّر. وأقدر أحذف المحتوى أو أحدّ المزايا أو أغلق الحسابات المخالفة، وأتعاون مع الطلبات النظامية من الجهات المختصة.
